We are headed to Kansas Speedway for NASCAR’s Buschy McBusch 400! Today I am giving you two head to head prop bets to lay in this exhilarating race at Kansas.
The Line: Aric Almirola (-112) vs. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. (-112)
Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is a fun driver to watch but not for wagering on. Today Stenhouse Jr. starts 23rd in the field. In a true pick’em against Aric Almirola who has been catching fire in recent weeks. Almirola will start in 18th position.
In the most recent race at Kansas Speedway, Aric Almirola started in 16th position and finished in 13th position. Ricky Stenhouse Jr. started in 23rd and finished in 16th position in that October 2020 race. Prior to that, Almirola placed 6th at Kansas while Stenhouse Jr. was unable to finish that July 2020 race due to mechanical failure.
Today I am rolling with the Stewart-Haas machine over the JTG-Daugherty Racing machine. For the newcomers to the page I say welcome but some education I must drop on you. For this bet to hit we must have Aric Almirola finish higher than Ricky Stenhouse Jr.
Preston’s Best Bet: Aric Almirola H2H (-112)
The Line: Chase Elliott (-112) vs. Brad Keselowski (-112)
This could be a sweat. Keep a towel around for this one! Brad Keselowski has been impressive at Kansas and has finished top-5 the last two times out in the Roger Penske Ford. Keselowski has led a combined 36 laps the last two races here as well. Not to mention Keselowski is having a dominate season up to this point.
Chase Elliott has ran efficiently at Kansas but he has not been able to break through for a win since 2018. Keselowski last won in Kansas in 2019 and won in 2011 in the Dodge. I do believe both drivers will have a strong performance. However, I give the current-form edge to Keselowski along with the track history.
Preston’s Best Bet: Brad Keselowski H2H (-112)
